Acceptance of terms
By accessing Puls or booking a service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Booking and services
Puls connects you with independent, background-checked technicians. Pricing shown at booking is an estimate; your technician confirms the final price on-site before work begins. Availability, including same-day service, varies by area.
Payments
You authorize Puls to charge the payment method you provide for services rendered. Membership fees, where applicable, are billed on the terms disclosed at sign-up.
Service guarantee
Completed jobs are backed by our 90-day service guarantee (180 days for Whole Home members), subject to the guarantee terms. Contact support to request a return visit.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puls is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
